Murray Cliffs

Murray Cliffs Oil Originally Painted in 1997 Code No A103

Australia's Murray River flows past a rocky cliff face on its journey from the mountains of New South Wales to the beach of South Australia.

Until the railways came in the late 1800's, more than 200 paddlesteamers transported goods and people up and down the Murray. Many of these historic craft have been restored and are part of the rich heritage of Australia's most visited river region.
